Return and Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders (from the ship date indicated on the Received Invoice). If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return the products back to us for a full refund of the purchase price (less original shipping and handling fees). Shipping costs for any returns will not be reimbursed by FirstDate unless there was a shipping error or product damage. Please always contact our Customer Service Department at email@example.com before shipping any product back to us. They will provide you with additional information, including the return location in your country, the necessary to return an order and to process the credit. We can only accept returns after you have received a definitive answer from our Customer Service Department.
Please check these simple guidelines before contacting our Customer Service Department for a refund:
– Products must have been purchased directly from daffee.nl or daffee.eu
We can not accept returns of products purchased from other retail outlets. Please return those to the store where purchased.
– We cannot accept returns on overly used products. 20% is a guideline for normal use.
We will do our best to refund you as soon as possible.
Please allow us 14 working days to process your return and refund your Credit Card / Paypal account/ Ideal.
Note: Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable and you are responsible for any costs incurred for insuring and shipping your order back to us unless there was a shipping error or product damage so please place your orders thoughtfully.
Damaged Products or Order errors
In the event that your product arrives damaged or if we have made a mistake in the fulfillment of your order, we will gladly replace the damaged products or re-ship you the correct products. Please contact us right away via email at firstname.lastname@example.org If you are reporting damage or leaking, kindly include a picture of the damaged product and packaging.
